Beth started Crossfit in 2011 after a friend recommended trying it out. Before trying Crossfit, she sporadically attempted working out at local gyms or “running”. Crossfit changed the way Beth looks at fitness and overall wellness. She takes a special interest in the physiology of movement and how Crossfit can be utilized by people of all ages to improve their lives. In March of 2013, she began training individual clients at her local CrossFit gym. Before she discovered Crossfit, Beth, held a career in operations and management as a contractor for the United States Army, at Walter Reed Military Hospital in Washington, DC/Be.
