Leah’s fitness journey began in highschool where she ran track and swam. She continued running for personal fitness in college and then took a couple years off to run after three daughters! A few years ago Leah jumped back into running and completed a couple half marathons and one full. She also have enjoyed working out at home with P90X and Insanity. Leah was very happy and excited to join the team at CrossFit Germantown Performance! She looks forward to helping challenge those who come to Bootcamp and help them reach their fitness goals.
When I first saw a CrossFit documentary, I definitely doubted myself and wondered if I was too old to start something like CrossFit. I still struggle with this but I am practicing being brave and not letting fear stop me!
I love coaching and helping others understand the pieces of a movement and that it won’t happen overnight. Patience and practice are so important! Being capable and strong for whatever life brings is a huge motivation for me!
